新橋にて夜ご飯を何食べるか彷徨ってたら良い雰囲気の焼鳥屋さんがあったんでふらっと入ってみました。
平日月曜日の19時過ぎ。
店内はカウンターはほぼ埋まっているが、奥のテーブルはスカスカ。
コロナの影響がまた出てるようです。
焼き場のすぐ近くのカウンターに座り生ビールを注文。
その後、お任せで串を10本ほど焼いて下さいとお願いする。
あと、タコ酢を追加。
10本をお願いすると10本一気に焼き出す…
最初に
サビ焼き、ハツ、レバー。
続いて、3分ほどで
つくね、ネギ間
さらに5分後には
せせり、ぼんぢり、アスパラ巻き、しそ巻き、砂肝
どんどんやってくる…
熱燗2合を追加する。
焼き具合はまぁ良いけど、全て同じ量の塩をかけてるのか、脂の多い部位は程よいが、脂の少ない部位は塩辛い。
そして何より10本を一気に出すもんだからどんどん冷たくなって美味しさ半減。
優しい笑顔の焼き手はさっさと帰れと言わんばかりにどんどん焼いていく…。
そんなに忙しくも無いのに食事のスピードも考えずにどんどん焼いてホスピタリティは全く感じられない…。
気になった納豆巻きを頂いて腹6分目で店を後に。
満足度は低かったです。
