お久しぶりに訪問させてもらいました。焼き鳥は、つくねをタレ、砂肝&豚タン下と白レバーは塩でいただきました。つくねの美味しさをタレで倍増させている感じで味が絶妙。塩も加減が申し分なくピッタリでした！料理によって塩を変えているとのことで、たくさんの種類の塩があるそうです。この他にもゴボウの竜田揚げ、里芋もいただきましたがこれがまた、美味しい！刺身は、マグロの頭身と三重県産桜ブリ！勿論両方とも、美味しくとても美味しくいただきました。
