無性に長崎ちゃんぽんが食べたくなり、、、
新橋駅前ビル1号館にある居酒屋『三芳八』を訪ねます。ランチからディナーまで通し営業であり、さまざまな利用シーンを提供してくれるありがたいお店。夜はいわゆる居酒屋メニューが中心ですが、食事のメニューの中にはしっかり皿うどんがラインナップしております。
その皿うどん、まずはそのボリュームに驚くことでしょう。
量の絶対値もさることながら、野菜や海鮮の種類の多さにも驚きます。麺は揚げた細麺タイプで、かなりの油分の強さを誇ります。最初はおやつのようにパリパリと楽しみ、後半は熱々の餡で柔らかくなり、また違った表情が楽しめます。序盤は気になっていた油の強さは、餡に溶け込めば調味料のような働き。夜の一番人気「まぐろ脳天刺し」とともに頂戴いたしました。
あれ、当初の目的を忘れていた感じが、、、笑
