以前家族で「スッポンが食べたい！」という話になった時
ググって上位にHITしたこちらへ伺ってからというもの毎年1度はお世話になっています。
オススメはすっぽん鍋唐揚げコース。
中でも1番おいしくて大好きなのが卵の味噌漬け。
1匹から少ししか採れないため、
1人2～3粒しか出てこないのですが
それで充分なくらい濃厚でおいしいです。
手の甲の塩焼きと、から揚げも大好き！
ゼラチン部分が多いので、火を通すとトロっとしておいしいんです。
もちろんお鍋もすごくおいしい。
普通の女性では食べきれないくらいの量だと思います。
スッポンはコラーゲンの塊なので、
翌日絶対にお肌の調子もよくなります♪
店舗は小さめで半分お座敷・カウンターの、「小料理屋さん」といった雰囲気なので
あまりデートなどには向かないと思いますが
ご家族・ご友人・会社の方などと行かれるには良いと思います。
店員さんもとても話しやすく、
領収書を1度書いていただいただけで
翌年伺った際社名を尋ねることなく領収書を書いて下さった事に驚きました。
これからも通わせていただきたいお店です♪
