毎年冬になると恋しくなるすっぽん！
今年も風邪っぽいなぁと思って体力つけに来ました〜！
すっぽんを丸ごと味わいつくせるすっぽん鍋から揚げコースがオススメです♪
お店の気取らない雰囲気も落ち着きます。小さな４組ほどしか入れない店内ですがいつも満席なので予約は必須だと思います。
いろんなすっぽん料理が小さな小鉢に入っていて見た目もかわいいです。
初めてすっぽんを食べにきたときはさすがに心臓の入った生き血はインパクトあって引いてしまいましたが（笑）
下処理をきちんとなさっているのかとにかく臭みも全くなく抵抗なく食べられます！
お鍋に入っているぷるっぷるのすっぽんはたまらんです〜。
翌日のお肌の調子が違います♪
個人的に１番好きなのはから揚げです！
かりかりもちもちのなんともいえない食感！
もっと食べたーいってなりますよ〜
すっぽんのエキスがいっぱい流れ出てる汁で最後は雑炊を作ってくださいます。
本当にすっぽんを食べ尽くした感で大満足です☆
また来年も必ず伺います♪
