妻のご両親が久々に来られたので、ちょっと旨い物食べようとしゃぶしゃぶ・日本料理 木曽路 新橋店ですき焼き。
すき焼きの他に刺身や水ナス、トウモロコシと鱧の天ぷらなどを注文。
まずはすき焼き以外が到着。
刺身はマグロ、シマアジ？、タイかな？水ナスやトウモロコシ、鱧も季節ものだし、ビールとの相性も良いですね。
そしてすき焼きが到着、一枚目は焼いてくれるとのことだったが、これがいけない。
焼き方が下手過ぎる。
ＩＨコンロは中心部だけ強火になり過ぎるみたいだし、何度も強火弱火を繰り返しながらタレと出汁を何度も注ぐと言う行為が美ししくなく、あの程度の給仕なら自分でやった方が良いかな？
肉は美味しかったので特に問題はないのですが、そこは改善した方が・・・と思いました。
