創業90年にもなる老舗のこちらは、国産黒毛和牛を使ったすき焼きがリーズナブルに頂けます。

スタッフさんが付きっきりですき焼きを作ってくれるのですが、卵を溶くところも全てやってくれます。

この卵の溶き方が素晴らしく、入念にかき混ぜることで滑らかな口当たりになり、お肉との相性が抜群に。

At Tomitaya, a long-established restaurant founded 90 years ago, you can eat Sukiyaki made with domestic Japanese black beef at a reasonable price. The staff will make Sukiyaki with full attendance, but the most noteworthy thing is how they beat the eggs. They stir carefully to incorporate air, resulting in an excellent beaten egg that makes the meat many times more delicious. All of the a la carte dishes, such as steamed radish and stewed beef tendons, are delicious without fail. ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ A wonderful restaurant that is very satisfying, even down to the udon noodles at the end.
