19時に予約の上3人で初訪問です、入りは3割程。意外に静かですが、淋しい感じはしません。
まずは生ビールとスパークリングで乾杯です。
サバのオイル焼きは、中がフワフワで外はパリッとしています。そして、ニンニクとオリーブ油のシンプルな味付けが適度で美味しい逸品です、
ヤリイカとカリフラワーのソテーも、イカの旨味がシッカリでていて、こちらもなかなかなかのもの。カリフラワーと合わせるのは珍しいと思いますが、これもいけます。
メニューがいわゆるイタリアンレストランとは少し変わっていて、新鮮ですが、気をてらっているわけではなく、好感がもてます。
豚たんは大きく、切り分けると、とても柔らかく、臭みもありません。
ラザニアは期待してたのですが、味がどうもはっきりせず、今ひとつ
カルボナーラももう少しコクがあってもいい。パスタ系はどうかな？という感じです。
最後にアジのフリット。こちらはアジフライのイタリアンなのですが、鯵がパリッとして美味しいですね。
