新橋・自然派ワイン＆イタリア郷土料理のお店「Cantina （カンティーナ）」
新橋の駅から近くのビルの地下にあるお店です。
イタリア現地の人が食されている料理とワインをテーマにしたお店。HPには野菜は契約農家、お魚は岩手県より直送、お肉は専門の業者より美味しいもの。ワインも料理も季節を考慮してラインナップを変えご用意とのこと。
店内に流れているのはイタリアの曲。時々チロル地方の曲。たぶんイタリア北部にあるトレンティーノ アルト アディジェなどは南チロルに含まれるのでドイツ語も話せることで曲も似ているんでしょうね。こんなことからもイタリアの街中気分満載です。
ランチメニュー・いろいろな肉の下町風煮込みトマトソース・リガテイニ、スモークサーモンとルッコラのトマトソース、モルタデッラとかぼちゃのクリームソース。全てサラダ、パン、ドリンク（コーヒー・紅茶（ホットorアイス）付
選んだのは『スモークサーモンとルッコラのトマトソース』100円追加で大盛り。これをロッソからビアンコに代えてくださるか伺いますと、快く応じてくださいました。
【サラダ】
『副菜付サラダ』
レタス、トレビス、ベビーリーフ、ルッコラ、フル―ツトマトの盛りだくさんミックスサラダ、理想的な大盛です。ビネグレットドレッシングが、しっかり絡んでいました。その脇にちょこんとフリッタータというより、温かい卵焼きが添えてあります。これが独特の海老のよい香りのする桜海老や、みじん切りの野菜が入った絶妙な玉子焼き。胃袋掴まれた！っていう意味良くわかった。嫁に来ないか。

『スモークサーモンとルッコラのアーリオオーリオ』
テーブルにお皿がのると、燻製の香りが炸裂。ルッコラをよけるとスモークサーモンが嬉しいほど入っていました。サーモンも肉厚なものを使用していて、スモークの香りがオイルに移り、サーモンの塩気がペペロンチーノに合っています。ルッコラのほろ苦さが良いアクセント。パスタもプリプリもっちもち、量的にもちょうどいいかんじでした。
【食後】
「アイスコーヒー」
私のあとから続々と常連さんのようなお客さまが入ってきました。このスペースでお一人で切り盛りされていて、しかも親切で丁寧な接客もされる、すごいシェフ。とてもシンプルな一品なのに、おいしくて心が豊かになるお料理をいただきました。SNSを拝見すると、ワイン好きの新橋リーマンに人気のお店ということがわかりました。日替わりだそうなので、また伺います。
