I headed to a Chinese restaurant I had never visited before, but on the way I suddenly noticed this restaurant and went downstairs, which looked a little suspicious. There are two choices on the menu: A, meat (chicken), and B, fish. When I entered the store, the friendly-looking owner said, ``Welcome! Please take a seat of your choice!'' Since there was only one other customer in front of me, I took a seat at a table. First, the owner asked me if I wanted the tea hot or cold, so I asked for both, which caused the owner to burst into laughter. The owner who brought us tea had a big smile on his face and said, ``I've been doing lunch for 18 years, but this is the first time I've been asked to have both.'' From the back of the kitchen, a waiter who appeared to be a wife complimented me, saying, ``It's okay to be honest!'' I'm a little embarrassed. After the food is delivered, coffee or tea will be served after the meal. They said they could make ice cream, but I didn't ask for both, even if it was just a joke, so I asked for hot coffee. Maybe it would have been more interesting if I had just told it as a joke? I think the friendly shop owner probably would have laughed it off. Does it matter if you can get both? The most important dish began to be fried after we ordered it. I had an image of fried chicken, which I don't often eat, as thigh meat with a crunchy batter, but this one had breast meat in a thin, thin batter. The meat was very tender and the flavor of salt was something I had never tasted before. I decided to relax for a while while having hot coffee after dinner. It was a very cozy shop due to the owner's personality.
