ふら〜〜っと入ったとんかつ屋さん
ニュー新橋ビルの喧騒に落ち着いた店がまえ
特ロースかつ定食を豚汁で注文
特は肩に近い部位で脂身が多く220gとのこと
最初に別皿のキャベツと2種類の漬物
つぎにごはんと豚汁
そして特ロースかつが着皿
おおぶりの衣が黄金色に輝いています
まずはそのままでいただく
さくっとかろやかな衣の食感
そして脂身のあまみ
肉はしっかりと仕込んでおられ
とってもやわらかくやさしいうまみ
次に藻塩をつけてみる
脂身のあまさがぐっとます
ソースは中濃ソースとウスターソースの2種類
芥子をちょんとつけていただきます
こりゃおいしいロースかつ
豚汁は大根、人参、葱、牛蒡がごろごろと具沢山
やさしいお味噌が体にすぅ〜〜と沁み込みます
キャベツは太めでしゃっきり別皿です
ドレッシングは胡麻と青紫蘇
もりもりっといただきます
