新橋駅周辺でランチをした。
いろんな店があり、迷って迷って「しびれ」に魅かれこの店に入店。夜は居酒屋のようだ。
注文は、机の注文用紙に記入して店員さんに渡すシステム。１時近い時間であったが、まだ店内は人が多く、店員さんはそっけない感じ。注文は、「しびれ豚丼」。
「しびれ豚丼」は、サラダと味噌汁がついてきた。「しびれ豚丼」は、まさにしびれる味。かなり山椒が効いている。今まで、これほど山椒を食べた記憶はない。食べ終わっても、しばらく口の周りがひりひりする。正直、あまり味は分からなかった。でも、地元では食べれない味に満足した。
