午後からの会議で東京に出張です。品川で下車して新橋駅に着いたのが１１時半頃でしょうか。
いつもはランチを求めて銀座訪問に行くのですが、今回は機関車の横を通り抜けて西新橋方面に進みました。
そのときに目に留まったのが”しぶれ豚丼”の文字。これは正体を確かめるべく訪問するしかありません。
目的のお店は酒亭 じゅらく 新橋店。串揚げのお店のようで都内に数店舗あるチェーン店のようです。
お店は地下１階にあるので階段を下りて店に入り、カウンター席に座ります。
カウンター席の上には串揚げメニューの札がいっぱい貼ってありました。
ランチメニューは各種ありましたが、丼ぶりメニューの”しびれ豚丼”がじゅらく名物のようです。

注文したのはしびれ豚丼とBセットです。
しびれるくらい美味しい豚肉かと思ったらしびれるくらい大量の山椒がかかった豚丼でした。
甘辛いタレで焼いた豚肉自体は美味しかったのですが、どさっと入れた感の大量の山椒には苦しみました。
舌の前面に浸み込む様な山椒は半端ではなく、正直Ｂセットで頼んだサラダと味噌汁が舌の痺れ感を和らげてくれました。
お会計の時にご主人らしき人に山椒の件を言ったら、次回からは少な目で注文してくださいとの返事。
ただ我慢して食べ続けるとそれに慣れてやみつきになるとか。まあ、その辺の判断は微妙ですが。
