後輩が予約してくれた素晴らしい和食屋さん
かつてあれだけ新橋で呑んでたのに、恥ずかしながら存在を知りませんでした、、、
特筆すべきはコースのお手頃さ！
このお値段でこのクオリティは犯罪レベルです。

もずく酢と自家製豆腐
特に自家製豆腐は、まるで生クリームが入っているかのような超クリーミー豆腐！
だしが効いた餡とともに頂くのですが、超絶品！！
やはりお通しが美味しいとテンション上がりますね

2種盛りでしたが、新鮮でぷりぷり！
普通に美味しいお造り！

脂が乗ってて美味しい鮭！
塩加減が絶妙！
◼︎きのこの厚揚げ？
これは！！今までの厚揚げ界で1番美味いかも。
ふわっふわ！！
そしてきのこのうま味と香りもふわっと香る！
絶品です。

固めのからすみしか食べたこと無かったのですが、なんて柔らかくて上品なからすみなのでしょう
痛風爆弾かもしれませんが、そんな気持ちも吹っ飛ぶからすみ。
日本酒との相性ヤバい。

この組み合わせ、至高！
