週末の新橋、二軒目で伺いました。
何かで見かけて行きたいリストに登録していましたが、いざ伺ってみた所、予想以上に年季を感じるディープな店構えにびっくり。
壁にたくさんの色紙が並んでいる店内は激狭でこれまたびっくりですが、活気を感じます。
分厚いファイルに一枚一枚入れられたメニュー写真から、
海老と玉子炒め、ルーローハンをセレクト。
オーダーから、文字通り秒で出てきます笑
どうやって作っているのかと若干疑問に思いましたが、食べてびっくり、美味しい。
海老は大ぶりで、玉子の塩味・旨みも相まってお酒によく合う。
ルーローハンはタレがご飯にもよく染み込んでおり、挽肉、角煮、青菜のバランスも最高でした。
双子で切り盛りされているという店員さんもフレンドリーで、居心地良かったです。
