五目チャーハン：1000円
本日も世間はGWですが会社へ出社！！
出勤前に新橋に寄って昼食です。
ビジネス街ですが、お祭りがあった為なのか人手が多いですね～
タンメンと思いましたが、未訪の当店を通り掛かると「五目チャーハン」を発見！！
暑かった事もあり入店します。
入店して入り口付近の2人掛けテーブルに着席。
メニュー表を拝見して「五目チャーハン」を注文します。
すぐにお冷やの烏龍茶とお新香が置かれます。
待つ事、約3分程で炒飯と付け合わせのスープが提供されました。
ご飯は熱々で表面は適度に油でコーティングされてました。
味付けも良くて美味しいですね～
また、ご飯の量は適量。
具材はチャーシュー,海老,イカ,玉子,人参,長ネギで構成。
チャーシューは細かくカットされて脂身が少なく淡白な感じでした。
海老、イカも細かくカット。
臭みはなく弾力感があって美味しいです。
玉子はしっかり熱が通されて固まった感じでした。
人参はやや固さが感じられるが特に問題無し。
長ネギは緑色の部分を使用。
新鮮なのか長ネギの辛さや固さは無かったです。
スープ
白湯系スープの塩味？？？
塩分は控えめ。
独特で不思議な風味があって美味しかったです。
具材は大根・長ネギて構成。
大根は柔らかく煮込まれる
お新香
キャベツ、人参、キュウリの浅漬け。
サッパリとして箸休めに丁度よい。
美味しく五目チャーハンを完食。
スープを飲み干して、お新香で口直しをします。
店員さんに会計を済ませて退店です。
総評
意外と具だくさんで美味しい五目チャーハンでした。
スープやお新香も良い感じでした。
接客は丁寧な対応。
店内は狭めで清潔感は其れなりな感じでした。
