ホルモン料理屋さんだと、ランチはホルモンオンリーなのかと思ってました。博多ラーメンランチで安心、ネギチャーシュー麺をいただくことに。
見た目はとんこつラーメンなのに、特徴的なあのかおりはほとんどなく、思った以上に優しいスープでした。麺はややカタ、調度いいです。少し刺激がほしかった私はセルフサービスの高菜を投入。少しメリハリでますが、やはりスープのベースがあっさりまろやかなので、最後まで胃に優しい感じで完食いたしました。
