Shinbashi is Tokyo on a public holiday night. It is a lively town filled with bars that cater to a wide range of age groups, from students to office workers. I want to join them too. By the time I thought about it, it was already too late. Every store I looked at was crowded with people, and I didn't feel like I could enter any of the major stores. I found this Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) when I was walking a little from the station wondering what was going on. From the outside, it doesn't look like it's that crowded, but just to be sure, I called the store before visiting. restaurant is located on a corner lot, and there are about 10 counter seats and about 2 private rooms in the back, so of course I, who was alone, took a seat at the counter. As soon as we were seated, we finished ordering drinks and ordered the recommended course recommended by the staff. And first, Oden arrived. It is unclear whether they are intentionally serving it as a cold oden. The order for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is: heart → chicken breast, wasabi → liver → I forgot → cherry tomatoes → I forgot → gizzard → ginkgo → bonjiri → thigh → quail → meatballs In addition to this, I ordered the chicken thigh tataki. Please understand that I forgot some things about the skewers, but that's just because I don't know anything about Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and that doesn't mean I wasn't impressed. Every single skewer was delicious. The internal organs were pudding and sticky, the chicken meat was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the meatballs at the end were especially impressive with their crispy outside and fluffy inside. In addition, the vegetables such as cherry tomatoes and ginkgo nuts that were served in between served as a light break, making the course delicious and enjoyable until the end. In addition, the chicken thigh tataki that I ordered additionally was not only very chewy, but also served with a slightly sweet ponzu-based sauce and green onions, so I was very happy as I was able to savor the flavor while savoring it. . So if you're looking for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) on a holiday night, why not give it a try? In stark contrast to the hustle and bustle in front of the station, the calm interior of the store and the calm atmosphere of the staff will welcome you.
