土曜日14:30 新橋ビル地下で、大陸系女性に空いてますよと言われ
するっと入ってしまった居酒屋です。
カウンター席は、空いていましがが
常連さん？ テーブル席は満席状態です。
取り敢えず瓶ビール（アサヒか麒麟選択）\63oを注文。
ビールの後に突き出し（モズク）が出てきました。
牛すじ煮込\68o?と焼き鳥盛り合わせ（塩・タレ選択）￥68oを注文
牛すじ煮込みは、仕込んであるものを
レンジであっため直しで出てきました
透明感のあるスープは優しい良い出汁で、
野菜、牛すじも柔らかく煮込んであります。
焼き鳥は順番待ちで、少し時間がかかりました
砂肝、カシラ、タン、皮、手羽の5本でリーズナブルです
ビールが無くなったのでホッピーセット\63o注文
今回は、ちょい呑みなので中は\35oは頼みませんでした。
焼き鳥は、串打ちして冷凍保存しているか、
結構、歯応えがあり、旨味は水と共に去ったようです。
手羽、皮は柔らかく美味しかったです。
塩でお願いしましたが、塩味はほぼありません。
カウンターには箸と醤油だけで準備を忘れたようです。
七味をお願いしたら一味がでてきました。
ホール担当の大陸系の方は、対応も良いのですが、
時々外に出てしまうので、
注文のタイミングを狙う必要があります。
安い食材のつまみで、酒を吞む、
昔よくあった昭和的な雰囲気でした。
お会計は\33oo・・・ちょい呑みにしては高くなってしまった。
新橋酒場をちょっと覗いてみるのも、
乙な感じがします。
