銀座・フランス料理＆最高級山形牛レストラン「コック アジル」。
店名はCoq（コック）はフランス語で雄鶏（フランスの国鳥）agile（アジル）は元気という意味でCoq agileはフランス料理を元気に広めていきましょう！という思いを込めて命名されたそうです。
この前まで銀座美しょうという名前でしたが、それ以前にも20年間、Coq agileとして営業されてきた銀座50年以上続く老舗のお店。1階は、主にステーキコース、2階は、フランス料理を主に、酒井 一之シェフ名誉料理長を迎え、グレードアップしたと公式HPにありました。
昨年4月からビジネスランチを1300円で始めたとの顔本情報。季節のサラダ・スープ・

レタス・トレビスのサラダに、ビネガー系のドレッシングが掛かっています。
【旬のスープ】
「ポロネギの温かいポタージュパルマンテイエ」
フランス・ヴィシーの郷土料理、じゃがいもとポロねぎでつくる温かい「ポタージュ・パルマンティエ」。（これを冷製にしたのが、ヴィシソワーズ）滑らかでほどのよいトロみ、優しい味わい。

『大山鶏と砂肝の軽い赤ワイン煮 バターライスと季節の野菜を添えて』
“コックオーヴァン”、煮詰めた赤ワインの濃厚な旨味、酸味を活かしつつ、甘さとのバランスが取れた赤ワインのソースが鶏肉の美味しさを引き立てる一皿。ワインの旨味が染み込んだしっとりしてやわらかな鶏肉、プリっとした砂肝と、ブイヨンがきいた赤ワインソースの相性はばっちりです。
付け合わせのバターライスも味付け軽めに仕上げておいしかった。
