銀座８丁目の路地裏、珈琲で有名なカフェドランブルの隣のビルにあるお店で、１階はカウンター席、2階はテーブル席でした。
１階では昼時には、ワンプレートランチボックス \1,000（その日の煮込み料理・付け合わせ・パン付）があります。
フランス語で雄鶏、フランスの国鳥を表す「コック」と、元気なという意味を持つ「アジル」、フランス料理を元気にやっていこうという思いが詰まった、銀座で50年以上続けているレストランです。
今回は、フランス レストラン ウイーク ランチメニュー5,000円（通常価格6,000円税・サ込み相当のコース）を2階で頂きました。
フランス レストラン ウイーク ランチメニューの内容
オードブル盛り合わせ：トリップのトマト煮エピス風味 海老のフリット 田舎風パテ
スープ：菊芋の冷製ポタージュ（topinambour トピナンブール）
前菜：炭火焼きしたフランス産フォアグラのテリーヌ ソーテルヌ風味(デザートワインのジュレ)
魚料理：胡椒鯛のブレゼ（蒸し煮） バジルソース エリンギ、カットダイストマト
肉料理：カナダ産牛ハラミ肉のロースト エシャロットソース 蕪、ブロッコリー
デザート：4種 盛り合わせ（渋皮栗アイス、ベリーのゼリー、プリン、ナッツ入りプラリネ）
ハイチコーヒー又は紅茶
料理の飾りつけや味は、無難にまとめられたオーソドックスな感じで、サプライズや、ワクワクするような驚きなどはあまり感じられませんでした。
珈琲はハイチコーヒー：主な品種はアラビカ種、マイルドな酸味と優しい甘みが特徴、苦みが少ないので後味はさっぱり、フローラルの香りとスパイシーな香りが広がります。
