新橋方面ランチ探訪。久しぶりにニュ－新橋ビルへ
地下１階にあるこちら。いつもと変わらずお店によって混み方に差があります。
比較的穴場のこちら お店の入口が何故か？2つある
ように見えます。２つの区画を同じお店が利用されて
いるのでしょうか？
自身が入店したのは、すべてグループ用にセット
されたテーブル席（４人掛け）の１画。ゆったりと
座れました。
週替わりランチから、一番上にあった 海鮮豆腐炒め
ランチ９５０円を頂きました。
５分程で着膳。豆腐は厚揚げ風の厚み5ｍｍほどの
はんぺんのような面持ち。あまり日本では見かけない
おもしろい食感。イカやエビなども入って塩味ベース
のあっさり中華味。青菜や白菜もシャキシャキ。
たまごスープと 春雨風な辛味あるサラダとザーサイ
の副菜。杏仁豆腐付きです。
ご飯は 小盛でしたが お代わりはできる。
新橋ビル地下にしては 比較的すいているので
ランチに困ったら良きかも。
