お世話になっている出版社・美健ガイド社の倉社長に、テレビやマスコミで大活躍の長年のお友だち・管理栄養士の伊達友美さんをご紹介したくて、今回の会合が実現しました。
こちらのお店は、食通の倉社長の行きつけのお店の一つで「うどん屋さんだけど、どのお料理も美味しいから」と。お酒を飲めない我が社の社員も、大満足のお店です。
美健ガイド社は、『ごはんはえらい！』『牛乳はモー毒』『白砂糖は魔薬！？』など、食に関する”本当の情報”をマンガにして出版している会社。そのため、倉社長に連れて行って頂くお店は、厳選されて、食材にこだわっている美味しいお店ばかりです。
まず乾杯のためにお酒のメニューを見たら、私が世界一好きな『黒龍』がありました！！ 黒龍を置いているお店は少ないため、黒龍を発見したら必ず飲むようにしています（笑）
倉社長がおっしゃる通り、うどんやお蕎麦だけでなく、どのお料理も美味しくて、ほぼすべてのお料理を食べました。撮影し忘れたものもありますが、何を食べても感動の美味しさです。結局一人で黒龍を四合飲みました♪
この日食べた中で、一番印象に残っているのは、倉社長おススメの『からすみ そば』です。冷たいお蕎麦の上に、すりおろしたからすみが乗っていて、混ぜて食べます。「からすみスパゲティーより、お蕎麦の方が合う！！」とみんなで言いながら食べました。日本酒が進む、贅沢な逸品でした。
あとは、『ごぼうのから揚げ』も、甘辛く味付けされた柔らかいごぼうをカラッと揚げてあり、まいう～♪ あまりに美味しいので、おかわりしたほどです。
一品料理をたらふく食べた最後に、締めで私はざるうどんを注文。冷たいコシのあるうどんで、出しのきいた濃いめのめんつゆが絡み、まいう～♪ 一品料理が美味しい上に、もちろん、うどんも最高に美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
