The other day, I was taken to a Kobe beef restaurant in Ginza! Get off at Shinbashi Station and walk 2 minutes from the Ginza exit! It's a city at night with dazzling neon lights! Go to the 6th floor of the Second Uruwashi Building! A style where you take off your shoes. I had heard that it was a Kobe beef course, so I thought it would be a bit difficult to get into, but the inside of the restaurant is smaller and more relaxing than I expected. It's not a completely private room, but a cozy atmosphere ♪ It's comfortable because it's a sunken kotatsu! The cooking courses include shabu shabu, Sukiyaki, and charcoal-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) this day, we started the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) course with all-you-can-drink! Then, the older sisters appear! ^^ They will sit next to you and grill the meat, make you some drinks, and entertain you! ! I went to a lot of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) this summer, but this was my first time eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) like this, and it was quite refreshing! As expected from Ginza. There's a restaurant like this~ ・Appetizers: Green vegetable ohitashi, cheese Castella, onion corn, edamame majo, conger eel stick sushi, edamame tofu, fried lotus root sandwich ・Three types of sashimi tuna, sea bream, shrimp ・One item: chilled tomato・Grilled food Kobe beef charcoal grilled meat, seasonal vegetables Kobe beef raw sea urchin roll ・Meals Inaniwa udon ・Mizu sweets Seasonal sweets All the meat is Kobe beef!! The 3 cuts are Cow tongue, maki, and kaburi, and grilled sirloin shabu. ♪ Thinly sliced sirloin with sashimi is sure to make a statement! First of all, I was excited because of the size. I grilled it quickly, added the sauce, and it melted! And Ribsin's raw sea urchin roll! Popular horse meat. Thick, sea urchin wrapped in meat is a rip-off! Juicy! Not only Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but Kobe beef can be enjoyed in many different ways. Finish off with refreshing Inaniwa udon! It was fun to be taken to a store that I don't often get to go to ^^! thank you for the food.
