いつか行きたいな～と思っていたお店に、
たまたま友人に誘ってもらい、行ってきました。
私にとって、中華ではない「中国料理」はまだまだ敷居が高い、特別な場所です。
ここも、そんな期待を裏切らない、とっても贅沢なお店でした。
９種類の前菜は、ピータン、クラげ、叉焼の中国料理らしいものから、
フォアグラ、サザエもあって華やかな一皿でした。
シャンパンとの相性もいいし、９種それぞれに、変化のある味や食感が楽しめます。
そしてフカヒレ！！
とろりとしたなかに、プリっ？コリっ？としょた食感があって、
スープの優しく深みのある味わいが広がって・・・
ため息がでるおいしさでした。
角煮のようなとろとろ煮は、脂身が甘くてとろっとろで、赤ワインが進みます。
〆のデザートまでかなりの品数のあるコースでしたが、
油の重たさがなくて、「もたれる」とか「しつこさ」がないことに驚きました
特別な日に、時間やお金を気にせず、存分に楽しめたら幸せだろうな～、というお店です。
