中央通り沿い、銀座八丁目にあります。スワロフスキーのあるビルの9階です。休日ランチで団体で利用しました。前菜盛り合わせ、点心、フカヒレの姿煮、牛肉の豆鼓炒め、アミガサダケのスープ、エーサイの餡掛け、チャーハン、そしてデザートが団子入りのスープでした。
どれも美味しいのですが、特に野菜がとても美味でした。前菜の中のエノキと青菜のお浸しは薄味ながらも旨味を感じましたし、エーサイはシャキシャキしていて、最初からテーブルに用意されているチェントンツェのオリーブオイルに合わせると、これが見事なコラボレーションでした。
アンチョビの炒飯は口に入れた時の香りが良く、印象に残る逸品でした。
お部屋は中央通りに面していて眺望が良いはずですが、窓は大きく取っておらず、ちょっと勿体無い気がしました。インテリアとして中国製(のように見える)色々な置物の他、ローランサンなどの西洋絵画があって、バブリーな豪華さは感じましたが統一感は無いですね。
