かなか直接お店に行くことが難しいこの頃。ここの点心がオンラインショップで買えるという情報を聞き、すぐさま購入しました。買ったのは、洋葱大焼売、皇帝鮮蝦餃、広東春巻の３種。
先に言っちゃうと、買って大正解！想像以上に楽ちんで、しかも美味しかった！
冷凍食品ですが、正直、そこらへんの冷凍ものとは段違いのクオリティです。作り方も簡単で、冷凍庫から出して、凍ったまま表示時間どおりに蒸したり揚げたりするだけ。解凍する必要がないから気軽だし、家事の時間配分もしやすくて助かります。
洋葱大焼売はゴロっと大きめの焼売で、かなり食べ応えがあります。女性だったら５個でかなり満腹になると思いますよ。餡はほんのり甘くて、醤油がなくても十分な美味しさ。なので、醤油を付けるとしてもほんのちょびっと、もしくは、お酢だけ、和辛子だけもおススメです。玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感が少しだけ残っているのがまた良かったです。
皇帝鮮蝦餃は、海老の蒸し餃子ですね。蒸すと皮が透明になって、中のピンク色の餡が透けて見えます。ビジュアル的にも可愛いです。中の海老も、プルプリ。皮のモチモチと海老のプリプリが合わさって、想像以上の美味しさでした！
広東春巻。揚げ物調理が苦手なので、最初ちょっと心配でした。でも、「冷凍庫から出してすぐ熱した油に投入する」ことと、「表示時間を忠実に守る」ことの２点だけをとにかく気を付けたところ、サックサクに仕上がって無事成功。外はサクサクだけど、中からは熱々トロトロの餡が出てきます。こちらも、優しい味で醤油なしでも十分な美味しさ。
家でここまでのクオリティの点心が食べられるとは…大満足です！
