新橋駅近くにあるホルモン本舗新橋店
このお店、名前で損していると思うんですよね。「ホルモン本舗」ってストレートな表現ですが、なにかチープ感が漂い
安価に肉が食べたい！！ という人は入店すると思いますが、
うまい肉が食べたい！！ という人たちは候補から外してしまう気がします。
私の勝手な印象かもしれませんが、チープそして大したこと無いだろうという思いは入店してメニュー表を見た瞬間に消し飛びます。
豊富に用意された各種部位
下手なお店よりも数多くの部位を用意しており、頼む行為だけで楽しめます。
ということで、このホルモン本舗さんわかりやすい名前と引き換えに逆に入りにくく感じていたのですが、確かな実力があるお店でした。
新橋でワイワイ飲みながら肉をつまみたいときには重宝するお店だと思います。
