クリスマスに東京に出張して急遽夜は会食に（汗）
クリスマス当日の夜によく予約がとれたと思います、、、
当日はコースのみ。
コース内容は
・小 鉢 琥珀玉子豆腐
・お造り 鮪中トロ・カンパチ・甘海老
・焼 物 寒ぶり柚庵焼
・煮 物 ???
・ 鍋 黒豚しゃぶしゃぶ
自家製そばつゆ 柚子こしょう
黒豚ロース・黒豚バラ肉 ２種盛り
・食 事 生細そば
・デザート
次の予定が入っているのでお料理を出していただくように頼みます。
そんな中でもお造りは中トロもカンパチも脂が乗っていてマジ美味しい！
やっぱりトロは東京で食べるのが美味しいてすね！
メインはそばつゆでいただく豚しゃぶです！
ネギをてんこ盛りにいれて浮かせている上にロースとバラをポンと乗せるだけ
通常のしゃぶしゃぶはお肉を持ったましゃぶしゃぶするのですが箸からお肉を離さないのがポイントですが、こちらではネギの上に置く感じです
薄いしゃぶしゃぶ用のお肉はすぐに食べ頃に！
食べ方は下に敷いてあるネギをお肉で巻いて、自家製のそばつゆでいただきます
豚の脂が適度にあってネギの食感とも相まってメッチャ美味しいです>.<
これはたまらないですね！
最後の締めは、なんとお蕎麦です！
もう蕎麦好きにはたまらないです>.<
豚の出汁が蕎麦に絡まり、自家製のそばつゆでいただくお蕎麦もとっても美味しかったです！
後ろの予定が決まっていたので時間と相談しながら進めましたが、当日はクリスマスで満席の状態>.<
飲み物のオーダーをしてもなかなか来ない（苦笑）
早々に焼酎のボトルを入れて対応をしましたか氷と割物がこない（笑）
仕方の無い事とは言え慌ただしかったです（泣）
次回はゆっくり来たいと思います。
