カウンターでいただく寿司が好き。
職人さんの所作が見えるのが特にいい。
まずは刺身から。
鮮度が良く美味しい。
テキパキとネタを提供してくれる職人さん、いいわー。
ビール飲んで、日本酒飲んで、握りへ突入。
正直途中で酒のせいでだいぶ腹一杯になってましたが、美味いから次から次へと食べてしまう。
２色の卵あたりからはノンブレーキ状態に。
ガヤガヤした銀座らしからぬ庶民的な雰囲気の中、いただく美味しい食事は、また来たいなと思わせる素晴らしいお店でした。
