■Access 5 minutes walk from Ginza Station on all Tokyo Metro lines ■Number of visits First time ■Purpose After-party with friends ■Overview A sushi Sushi located in a great location in Ginza Hachome. Open until 2am, you can enjoy authentic Sushi at the counter even at late hours. ■Menu Their specialty is their carefully selected nigiri and snacks, made with ingredients procured every morning at Tsukiji Market. Orders are basically left to the discretion of the chef, but if you are using the restaurant for an after-party or after-party, you can have a light meal a la carte. On this day, we visited for an after-party and had several Sushi pieces and sake. ■Comments I was drinking in Ginza and suddenly wanted to eat Sushi, so I researched restaurants that are open after midnight, and this is the place I found. I came here almost full, so I could only eat a little, but I was very impressed by the staff who treated me politely without a single complaint. Among the nigiri, the one that left the biggest impression was the sanma nigiri. I don't often eat sanma as nigiri, but the fact that they can serve it raw is proof that they are confident in their procurement. The saury's distinctive aroma was very strong, but the nigiri was not at all smelly. They also have a wide selection of sake, and Yamazaki Brewery and Gokyo's Five Red were recommended to us. The crisp, dry taste of Gokyo in particular goes perfectly with Sushi, and we found ourselves drinking more despite it being the after-party. Next time, we'd like to come earlier and enjoy a variety of Sushi. Thank you for the delicious meal. ■Score at time of visit: 3.07
