いつもながら完璧な火入れ
ホップデュベルは都心で一人で時間あれば毎日でも通いたいお店。ベルギービールと焼き鳥を合わせるなんてなんて粋なんだろ。
コースでしか出てこないminiレバニラ丼を隣のお客さんが羨ましそうに見つめる(笑)
ササミの火入れでその店の格が分かるとはよく言ったもんだ。 上質な半生に近い火入れで供される。
続いてちょうちん。生のたまひも部分は口の中で弾けるのが正しい食べ方。
ねぎま、椎茸とうまい物尽くしが流れていきます。そしてマルハツ。丸身のまま焼くのは火入れが大変。それをとてもジューシーに焼くのがデュベル風。
鶏もものカラスミがけ。コレが好きでねぇ。しみじみと美味い。食べてしまうのが勿体無いくらい。
そして、大好きなセセリ、つくねへと続きます。
最後はもちろん鶏そぼろ丼‼️コレが無いと締まりません。
あー、至福の時、うまうま。
今回は変わりもののベルギービールを仕入れて貰っていてそれも堪能しましたよ。いやはやおもてなし感あって最高。
ホップデュベルはいつも癒しと応援と元気をくれる存在です。

I went to HopDuvel for the first time in a while. Lately, I've been eating Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) every week without fail, but this is a hidden gem that I definitely want to come back to on a regular basis. The levanilla rice bowl, which is only available as part of the course, is a must-try dish. The fillet is also a hearty and delicious skewer. It is very satisfying to have lanterns attached to the course. The celery was also huge that day.The shiitake mushrooms were followed by the quail.I look forward to the breast meat wrapped in seaweed every time. In the meantime, I tried various Belgian beers. They have a wide selection of beers, not just the so-called sweet CIMAY. After the meatballs and grilled cheese, we finished with rice. The minced chicken bowl is too delicious. It's a time when you'll be looking forward to the next time even after you've finished eating.
