たまたま，こちらの刀削麺の記事を見ました。た
まに行く魚料理やが入るビルにある中華料理店で
これまでもお昼営業されていたかどうか不明です。
キンキラエレベータで10階に。簡易パーティショ
ンでテーブル席が仕切られてます。
昼メニューとテーブルを見ると，鍋主体のお店の
ようです。刀削麺は四川担々刀削麺，スペアリブ
刀削麺，麻婆豆腐刀削麺とあって，ノーマルっぽ
い四川担々刀削麺を発注，850円。で，追加で焼
餃子も発注，280円。
少し待って，刀削麺先着です。早速いただいてみ
ると，スープは唐辛子効きつつ胡麻もたっぷりで
まずまずです。ただ，刀削麺がピロピロの長い麺
で，例の削り取った長さではなかったので，恐ら
くは機械切りの麺なんだと思います。ちょっと残
念。小菜二品はなくてもよいかな。
焼餃子は麺を食べ終わる頃に来ましたが，以前に
もやっちまった，辛い物食べた後の餃子で，餃子
の味が良くわかりませんでした。皮はカリッと焼
けてましたが。こちらの麻婆豆腐が気になるので
次回は麻婆で。
