『小尾羊（シャオウェイヤン）』は、全世界で700店以上を展開する、本格薬膳蒙古火鍋しゃぶしゃぶ（モンゴル風しゃぶしゃぶ）の専門店です。
日本では、銀座、池袋、新大久保に直営店があります。
この日は、平日の20時に予約して2人で訪れました。
店内は、テーブル席に加え半個室や個室も用意されており、テーブル席を案内されました。雰囲気は、落ち着い感じより、皆で楽しむ感じの雰囲気です。
メニューは、コース料理が複数ありますが、アラカルトでも楽しめます。
この日は、アラカルトで注文しました。
注文した料理のラインナップは、
■究極薬膳スープ（3種）
■上ラムロース
■国産豚ロース
■アメリカ産牛ロース
■野菜5種盛合せ
■四川風よだれ鶏
まず、火鍋のスープは、3種類も選べるお店は少ないので、『究極薬膳スープ（3種: 1,980円）』を注文しました。
9種類のスープから選んだのは、「極みだし麻辣紅湯(マーラーホンタン)」、「ヘルシー山珍湯(サンチンタン)」、「コラーゲン白湯(パイタン)」の3種類。
定番のマーラーホンタンは、唐辛子がたっぷり入った、一口の飲むだけで汗が止まらなくなる一品です。
個人的に好きなスープは、「山珍湯(サンチンタン)」で、しいたけの出汁が良くでた透明でヘルシーなスープで美味しかったです。
お肉は、ラム、牛、豚と3種類注文しましたが、どれもスープとの相性が良く美味しかったです。
ラム肉は、思った程クセが少なく、食べやすかったです。
また、各お肉と野菜の盛り合わせ、それぞれボリュームがあり、普通のコースや食べ放題
にしなくて良かったです。
多分、アラカルトで注文する方がお得だと思います。
値段も1人4,000円程度だったので、また訪れたいです。
それにしても、この日のお客さん、我々と1組だけで店内少し寂しかった。。。
