新橋コリドー街の近くにある雰囲気あるオーセンティック老舗バー。
まずは白いコンソメスープが運ばれてきます。
カツサンドを頂きましたが、相変わらずの美味しさでバーで出てくるクオリティではないw
分厚くカットされたカツの豚は宮城県大河原のもち豚で肉質柔らかく、ソースを塗ったしっとりしたパンとよく合います。
こちらのパンは銀座四丁目のあんぱんで有名な木村屋製で、このお店のカツサンド専用に作って頂いてるとのこと。
「東京とんかつ会議」という本でもこちらのカツサンドは美味しいと紹介されてましたが、本当に美味しいです。
