銀座8丁目、見番通りと並木通りの間にある出世街道沿いの洋食バーにランチにお伺い。
昼とは思えない薄暗い小道、店内も夜の雰囲気です。ランチメニューはナポリタン、ハンバーグ、カツカレー、ステーキ、レディースランチなど。
本日は・ナポリタン ¥1,000、ハンバーグ ¥1,500 をお願いしました。
まずは・サラダ、コーンスープから、サラダも一手間かかっているのが好感触。
・ハンバーグ、ライスが先に到着。目玉焼きが乗った嬉しいビジュアル、トロリの流れ出る黄味とハンバーグは視覚にも良く、デミグラスソースは付け合わせの野菜にも絡めて。ハンバーグは固過ぎず、柔らか過ぎずのバランスも良く、大変美味しくいただきました。
続いて到着した・ナポリタンはかなりボリューミー。ベーコン、シメジ、ピーマン、玉ねぎ、トマトなど具もけっこう入っており食べ応えは十分、生クリームを使用しており、まったりした酸味控えめソースがしっかり個性も発揮しています。
最後はダークチェリーが乗った定番仕上げの・プリン、コーヒーをいただきゆっくりさせていただきました。
銀座にある3つの系列店の中では一番好きかも。またカツカレーをいただきにお伺いいたします。ごちそうさまでした！
