平日18:00過ぎに訪問。4割くらい埋まってました。
ニュー新橋ビル地下の飲み屋街唯一の喫茶店です。
もちろん、喫煙可です。
（喫煙ブースみたいなのが入口にあって、
全然煙たくなかった！）
煙草嫌いだけど、ニュー新橋ビルだと思うと許せる(笑)。
注文からあっという間に来ました。
いつの間に窯で焼いたのさw
★ 窯焼きホットケーキ 800円
コーヒーor紅茶のドリンク付き！コーヒーにしたよ。
Fujiの焼印が入った所がいいよね♪
厚みのあるホットケーキに、
バター（マーガリン？）とシロップが別添えで来ます。
カップ＆ソーサーもお皿も、オリジナルの食器。
ぽってりとしてて、ロゴが入っててかわいい！
お皿はiittalaにそっくり。
カップ＆ソーサー1,650円で売ってるんだって。

その昔、通ってた大学内に喫茶店「サンフランシスコ」というのがありまして、380円で冷凍ホットケーキがあったんですわ。
学校で食べるとなんかやたら美味しく感じて、
大好きだったのを思い出したな～。
フジのホットケーキも、ニュー新橋ビルの地下という
スイーツに縁遠そうな場所で、
飲み屋街の片隅で食してると思うと
なんだかありがたく美味しく感じました。
