寒さの厳しさとともにプデチゲが恋しくなり
かけ込みます。
だひゃん(多香)さん、いいお名前ですね。
なんの鍋にするかは一任すると言って頂けて
いるので迷わずプデチゲと、箸やすめ的
感覚でケランチムをオーダーです。いちお
次回のためにほかのメニューも熟読・・
真っ赤なスープのお鍋が到着、ファイヤー
です。比較的浅めな鍋で、火どおりが早い。
お味は辛すぎない日本人向けピリ辛とでも
いうのかな。麺、もやし、スパムやソー
セージなどもいっぺんに味わえます。
ふりかかっていた２種のチーズは完全に
とけてしまっていますが、辛さがマイルド
になりイイ感じ。ケランチムもふわふわ
感よりしっかりした食感が味わえて
ヨキヨキでした。
