日ごろから酒を飲んでいますが、それでも飲み会というのはなかなか難しい
特に大人数での飲みなどでは飲み物が提供されるタイミングも、食べ物が提供されるタイミングも、そして食べ物の量もランダムになりやすい
ややもすると、酒ばかり来るのに食べ物が来ず
少ない食べ物で酒を飲んで、思わぬ泥酔に突入することも。
それを避けるためにどうしたら良いかとずっと考えていました。
パパっと立ち食い蕎麦でも食べればいいのですが、そうするとお腹も膨れて酒が入らなかったり眠くなったり。
こうして考えてみると、外食って炭水化物中心なんですよね。
特に飲み会前の短時間で済ませようと思うと炭水化物以外はほぼない。
あれこれ探して、ようやく見つけたのが松屋のロカボ飯
牛皿と味噌汁、そしてサラダと言う構成
これを食べてから飲みに行くとほろ酔いが続いていい感じです
お腹もそこまで減らないので酒に集中できます。
今回は紅ショウガ多めで食べて大満足でした。
