パーティーメニューです。
ロイヤルパークホテルの１階にあるレストランです。
マクロビオティックのレストランなので、とてもヘルシーです。
パーティー貸切で行ったので、普段のメニューと違うと思いますが…
普段ジャンクの食事を好んでるので、マクロビはチョット…と思っていましたが、物足りなさはなく、いろんな種類の食材を沢山食べる事ができました(*^^*)
メニューの名前を教えていただけたら、良かったのですが、聞けず┓(ﾟ～ﾟ)┏
●最初に、マンゴーのスムージー。
●グリル野菜、トマトのマリネ、何かのムースなんですが何のムースかわかりません(^_^;)カリフラワーかな？？
●サーモンとグレープフルーツのタルタルには、アイスプラントが添えてありました。
●レモンパスタ。
などなど頂きました。

2度目です。
店名通り、健康的なお料理。
量は足りますますが、物足りなさは否めません。
特に、レモンとトリュフのパスタは、口に入れた瞬間、塩味が感じられず、あとからトリュフの風味…という感じなので、塩が欲しくなる感じ。
その割に、トマトベースのカップスープは結構味が濃いめで、スープが先に出されたので、更に物足りなく感じました。
むしろ、このスープでパスタ食べたかったかも。
パエリアも塩味は極力少なめかと思います。
終わりに連れて塩味が薄く感じるので、よほど健康志向な方でないと、寂しい気持ちになるかも。
ただ、カロリーとか、太るかも…とか心配される方は良いお店だと思います。
