今日は用事があってお友達と新橋にいたのですが、
用事がすんだので
ランチでもしようと言う話になり
食べログで調べて
こちらのお店に辿り着きました。
何しろコロナの影響で
ランチは新橋はやってるところがありますが
テイクアウトやら何やらで
営業していないお店も多いので
探すのも大変。
お店を探してたどり着くと
一階の入り口が奥にあり
階段で3階まで誘導。
たどり着いて、お店の入り口を開けると
とても広い空間が広がりびっくり！
窓が大きいので店内に採光も広がり
清潔感のある店内が目に飛び込んできました。
店内にはサラリーマンと思われるかたや
OLさんなどが何人かいて
人気があって安心しながら、
ワンプレートとパスタセットを頼んだのですが
スタートで最初に出されたサラダの量がとても多く
新鮮なシャキシャキの野菜を使っていて
きちんと焼かれたバケットも付いていて
とてもお店のやる気かわ伝わり
最初からステキな気持ちで安心して
食べ始めることができました。
プレートも食べ終わり次第すぐにサーブされ
絶妙のタイミングで持ってきていただけたので
ホスピタリティーの高さも感じびっくり。
プレートには、美味しいビーフと生パスタが
そえられ、ドリンクなどもつき
ボリューム満点でした！
パスタセットもボリューム満点でしたので
味、サービス、量
の視点から行っても人気の理由がわかりました。
スタッフさんには爽やかでキビキビと対応して頂け、
とても居心地のよい雰囲気の中で
お食事が出来ました。
テイクアウトもしていたので
気になる方はテイクアウトもありだと思います！
