先日、福岡からお客さんが来て、東京都港区新橋3丁目18-8にある「新橋シャモロック酒場 新橋鶏舎」で飲みました。
コースの中の料理の桜姫鶏の鶏すき焼き鍋です。
お店の外観が新しくなっていたようで、事前に某大手口コミサイトの写真と違っていて迷いました。しかも私のスマホが電車降りたら何故かネットがつながらなくなりナビも出来なくなり彷徨いました。。。15分以上彷徨って同僚が店内から外の私を見つけてくれてなんとか遅れて到着。ッホ！
さて、新橋シャモロック酒場 新橋鶏舎さんは、2009年11月から営業されているようですね。2号店も同じく新橋にあるようです。
2時間飲み放題付のコースで飲み物はスマホでQRコードを読み込んで注文する方式です。
今回のコースは、2時間飲み放題付き（30分前L.O.）の「青森尽くしの鶏すき焼きコース10品」で、一人5000円でした。
飲み放題メニューは撮り忘れましたが、ビールはアサヒのスーパードライです。
それでは例によっていただいた物です。
・前菜3種盛り
ポテトサラダとキュウリにだし巻き卵でした。
・青森県小田桐牧場馬刺し3種盛り
赤身にフタエゴにコーネもありましたよ。
馬刺し美味しいよね。
・馬ヒモのネギ間串
馬ヒモって、骨と骨の間のアバラ肉らしいですね。
・シャモロックと桜姫鶏と大仙鶏の盛り合わせ7種
青森県産シャモロックのもも肉、むね肉、桜姫鶏の砂肝、ハツ、レバー、大山鶏のせせり、ぼんじりになりますよ。
良い肉で美味しいですね。
・濃厚シャモロックスープ
シャモロックの旨味たっぷり。
・名物鶏メンチカツ
あつあつ美味しいです。
コースでない場合は、このメンチカツが500円でお通しになっているようです。
・漬物
箸休めにね。
・桜姫鶏の鶏すき焼き鍋
卵を溶いて、つけていただきます。鶏のすき焼きも美味しいね。
・すき焼き鍋の〆は、うどん。
雑炊かうどんを選択可能で、うどんを選択しましたよ。
・季節のシャーベット
〆のデザートです。りんごだったかな。
以上10種類のコースでした。
肉も美味しく満足でしたね。
