餃子と皮串に惹かれてこちらのお店に入ってみました
忘年会なのか活気で溢れていました
お通しが明太子なんです
美味しいのですが、やたらと白いご飯が欲しくなるのが少し困る
九州博多料理を出してくれるお店の様です
早速、鉄鍋餃子に皮串をお願いしました
鉄板で皮をカリっと焼き上げた餃子は絶品です
一口サイズなので、熱々をカリカリと頂くのですが、食べだすと止まらなくなる美味しさ
さらに、皮串も食べだすと止まらくなる
皮の脂をカリっと焼き上げているので、食感と鶏皮の美味しさが病みつきになる
お店毎に味が微妙に違うので好みのお店を見つけていくのもありかもしれない
ただ、これを仕込むのは大変じゃないかな~といつも思う
餃子も皮串も、結局追加注文を繰り返してしまった
焼きあがるのを待つ時間がなんとなくもどかしい
山盛り頼んでも多分食べられるので、注文のコツは最初から大量注文がベターだと思われる
