新橋の江戸前寿司が気になりニュー新橋ビルＢ１Ｆの「若林」さんへ２人で訪問。
店内はカウンター１０席、離れた奥の座敷には掘りごたつ式の６人用テーブル１卓と４人用テーブルが１卓ありました。
もちろんメニューはありません。
先客は１組。あとで１組。
ビールは瓶ビールしかありません。キリンとアサヒ。
大将おまかせのお刺身と御寿司をお願いしてみる。
ネタはやはり新鮮です。
醤油皿に醤油を入れて御寿司をまつ。
つぎつぎと握ってくれるが、大将が醤油をふり、このまま食べてください。と言われる。
結局、醤油の皿は御寿司では使いません（笑）
１人１３０００円くらいかな。銀座よりは安い。
