新橋にある「馬並み家」でランチを楽しんできました。ここは馬肉をメインにした料理が楽しめるお店で、初めて馬肉を食べる私にとって新鮮な体験でした。
ランチメニューは馬肉のステーキと、馬肉を使用したヘルシーなサラダから選べます。私は馬肉のステーキを選択。初めての馬肉で少し緊張しましたが、ステーキは柔らかく、とても美味しかったです。特に、馬肉の旨味と一緒に楽しめるガーリックソースが絶品でした。
店内は清潔感があり、店員さんも親切でした。
特に、馬肉の調理法やおすすめの食べ方などを丁寧に説明してくれ、非常に心地よいランチタイムを過ごすことができました。
馬肉はヘルシーで美味しいと思いました。これからも定期的に訪れて、他のメニューも試してみたいと思います。馬肉に興味がある方や、新しい食体験を求めている方におすすめのお店です。
