久しぶりの新橋。ご一緒する方のおすすめのお店で飲むことに、、。「馬並み家新橋」さんです。
ご一緒する方が遅れるという事で先に始めることに。ビールとつまみを少しから始めます。
暑い日だったこともありビールは勿論美味い！お通しに赤まむしドリンクも付きます。つまみは鳥料理から。続いて馬刺しを頼むことに。上だと脂身が少ないという事で通常のものを注文。
繋ぎで塩辛も頼みました。馬刺しは、、、、。それぞれの部位何を食べても美味しい！馬肉というと熊本や長野のイメージがあったのですがこちらは青森の馬肉という事ですが非常に美味しく、イメージがかわりました。塩辛に関しても苦すぎず、甘すぎず、辛すぎずと良い塩梅の塩辛でこちらも美味い！ご一緒する方も到着して本格的に飲むという事で、馬肉の焼きと馬レバーを注文。
焼きはさっぱりと食べられてこれはまた美味い！レバーも体に良さそう味でこちらも良い！
週末で混んでいて2時間制という事で駆け足でいよいよ鍋を注文します。
見ての通り馬肉のすき焼き風という感じで最終的にはといた玉子くぐらせて食べます。これはこれでまた違った味で美味しいです。2時間制で2人でのスタートが遅くなりじっくりと時間をかけて食べられなかったのが残念ですが、じゅうぶんの美味しさがわかりました。次回はもっとゆっくり食べつつ青森のお酒も堪能したいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした！
