翌日のお肌ぷるぷる～
オトナ女子たちが集まったのでコラーゲンたっぷりの水炊き食べようぜい！
とのことでやってきた、 ニュー新橋ビルにあるこちらのお店
ここの水炊きは店名にもあるように青森のシャモロックをメインに扱う「純シャモロックスープの水炊き」
お店のスタッフが作り上げてくれるのだが、まず大ぶりのお肉を皮より焼き、つくねを落とし鍋一杯お肉を敷き詰めます
そこへ塩以外一切調味料など使用していないゼリー状の純のシャモロックスープを投入
鶏の脂も加わり濃厚で味わいあるスープに仕上げます
最後キャベツをのせて出来上がり♪
最初はスープだけをゴクリ、美味しいです
コラーゲンたっぷりだから残さず飲み干しますよー♡
続いてお肉、かたすぎずバターのようなコクのある肉質が特徴で、つくねも軟骨など食感楽しくどちらも美味
キャベツも甘くておいしーよー
〆はラーメンにしようか雑炊にしようか悩んでたらなんとお隣のステキなサラリーマンたちが分けてくれたので
自分らはラーメンにして両方堪能しちゃった(≧▽≦)
幸せだ～
その他、感動メニューとしましては
●お通しの鶏メンチ、これまた添えられてるリンゴのソースが美味しいんだなぁ
●鉄板炭火焼きは塩やかんずりとさっぱり肉そのものの味を楽しみます
●石焼き炙りは既に叩きにされてるので軽くさっと炙ってレアめでいただき！
と、まぁ盛りだくさん食べた訳ですが～
コラーゲンのおかげか、咳でゴホゴホしてたのですが帰りには喉まで潤ってる始末
また翌日の朝には本当にお肌ぷるぷる感じましたよー
是非コラーゲン好きのオトナ女子たちおすすめですよー
ただこちらのお店、新橋には本店と２つあり、今回行ったのは2号店で、駅前にある「ニュー新橋ビル」という怪しさ満点のビルの2階にあります
ビルのどこにあるのか悩まれる方がたくさんなのですが、このSLの見える特等席の位置にありますよー
