和気藹々とした仲間で行くなら問題なし。
メインに頼んだのはシャモロックの鍋。
シャモロックを焼いてから
コラーゲンたっぷりの
ブリンブリンしたスープの塊を鍋に投入して
ぐつぐつと溶かしていきます。
かみしめると出てくる
シャモロックの旨味。
日本酒は同じく青森の
陸奥八仙を流し込み
口の中で青森のマッチング。
