何度もランチの看板を見て通り過ぎてたが、ようやくの訪問。
階段を降りて地下にある店内。
居酒屋な雰囲気のテーブル席へ。
▪️自家製ラフティ定食 950円
・小鉢2品、ご飯、味噌汁、香の物付き
・選べるご飯：白米、黒米入り玄米
・大盛＋50円
玄米の大盛でお願いする。
小鉢はひじきの煮物と木綿豆腐の奴。
黒米入り玄米の大盛はなかなかのボリューム。
ラフティの上にはゴーヤが彩る。
箸で簡単に切れる旨みたっぷりの皮付き豚バラ肉。
柔らかく甘い脂身はとろけるよう。
甘めの醤油ダレは肉の旨味も溶けだし、タレだけでも充分美味い。
これはご飯めっちゃ進む。
玄米だといくら食べても罪悪感ゼロ。
タレも残さずご飯と共に平らげる。
もっと食べたい感に駆られるが、時間が経てば腹も落ち着く。
罪悪感の少ないランチを堪能。
おすすめの週替わり豚汁定食も気になるところ。
