銀座界隈よりも、汐留・新橋方面でランチを頂く機会が増えてきました。
この日は、朝から「ランチはクリーム系のパスタを食べたいなぁ」
と思っていたので、迷わずイタリアンの新規開拓をすることにしました。
食べログ含め、あれこれ検索しているうちに浮上してきたのがこちら。
マイレビュアーの捨て猫さんも来訪されていたので、行ってみることにしました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
新橋の少し狭い路地にあります。この辺りは、歩きなれていないからか、
いつも迷ってしまいます。しかも、2階にあるので、なかなか場所が
分かりませんでした。1階の『宇和島』というお店が有名のようなので、
そちらを目印に伺うのが良いのかも。
入口へと通じる階段は、狭くて暗くて急なので、ハイヒールの女性は
注意して登られた方が良いかと思います。
店内はテーブル席がメインの作り。白壁に白い椅子。明るく清潔感があり
女性客が多いのも頷けます。
②お料理について
ランチメニューは、5種。オイル・トマト・クリームの3種類のソースから
1種を選ぶパスタランチ、または、お魚料理かお肉料理です。
全て850円で、13時以降であれば、ドリンクがサービスとなるようですね。
初来訪のイタリアンですから、いつも通りトマトソースにしようかと
思ったのですが、やはりこの日の気分はクリーム系！
“やりいかとチンゲン菜のアンチョビクリームソース”をお願いしました。
しばらくすると、まずはサラダとパンが供されます。
サラダは、千切ったレタスにドレッシングをかけたもの。
所謂「ランチセットサラダ」で、あまり工夫は感じられないですね。
それに比べて、パンは、非常に個性的・・・（笑）
びっくりするくらい硬くて手で千切るのに苦労します。
ハード系のパンなのは理解できますが、はたして、本来こういうものなのかしら？
パスタは、熱々でボリューム十分。ソースは、しっかりとした味付けで
やりいかもたっぷりと入っています。
最初のうちは「ワインに合うだろうなぁ」と美味しく頂いていたのですが
食べ進むうちに、クリームの重たさとアンチョビの塩気に
だんだん疲れてきてしまいました。チンゲン菜の歯ごたえや清涼感が
若干救いになるものの、結局、全部食べきれませんでした。
うーん、メニューセレクトに、少々失敗した感あり、でした。
③スタッフの接客について
フロアスタッフは、男性1名で切り盛りされていました。
挨拶、席への誘導、お冷の提供など、基本的な部分で気になる点は
ありませんでした。
ただ、とてもおとなしいというか、暗いというか、もう少し笑顔で
サーブして頂けたら、もっと好印象だったように思います。
④CPについて
新橋駅近くという立地も考えますと、850円という値付けは、
良心的な価格に思えます。
ただし、選択するメニューによって満足度が大きく上下しそう。
今回に限って言えば、CPが良いとは思えませんでした。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
他の方のレビューを拝見すると、夜に好きなワインを持ち込んで
「仲間で楽しくワイン会」という使い方が一番良いようですね。
